Standard delivery usually takes between 2 and 3 working days! Next day delivery is self explanatory. Please note delivery can be delayed if there is nobody available to sign for the package

WHAT IF I AM NOT IN WHEN YOU TRY TO DELIVER?^ top
If you order goods to be delivered to an address, it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods can be accepted at that address. All delivery's are made between 9am and 5pm Monday - Friday. We recommend that customers should have goods delivered to a work address where applicable. All orders require a signature on delivery. If there is no one available to sign for the goods, a card will be left enabling you to arrange another delivery date. You MUST contact the carrier within 24 hours of a failed delivery attempt. We reserve the right to charge for our delivery costs on items that are returned to us due to a failure on your part to contact the carrier in a timely manner. We are unable to re-despatch items or make refunds until we have received goods back from the carrier.
IS MY ORDER INSURED AGAINST DAMAGE IN TRANSIT?^ top
Yes it is. However, you must inform us of any damage immediately so that we can claim on our courier. In order for a claim against the carrier to be successful any damage to the shipping carton MUST be noted on the delivery documentation.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR REFUND IF IT IS FAULTY?^ top
Girls Stuff Direct offer a complete refund if goods are faulty or simply not to the customers satisfaction, this refund is valid for fourteen days from receipt of goods. Any faults developed after this period, are covered by the manufacturer's 12-month warranty (24 months for our pink brand) and you, the customer, are responsible for returning the faulty product to the UK service centre from where a replacement pair will be dispatched (replacement models may vary dependent on stock levels, in such cases temporary units may be sent, usually within 48 hours) This does not affect your statutory rights. In the unlikely event of an item being broken on delivery we will refund any postage costs incurred by the customer for returning the goods (Royal mail standard recorded delivery only) *Please note if gift packs are purchased then all goods must be returned unused, any discounted items that are not returned will be charged at the full price.

If you wish to return a product for any reason, a valid returns number must be obtained. This should be clearly written on the OUTSIDE of the package. To obtain a returns number please call 0844 576 6860. The (Clearly marked) package should then be sent to Girls Stuff Direct Returns Dept. Unit 14, Appleton Street, Wigan. WN3 4BZ. Details such as your name, address and reason for returning the item should be included within the package. *Please note packages not marked with a valid returns number will be refused and returned to the sender!
Items which appear to have been damaged or marked in transit should be reported to us immediately. Faulty or damaged items can be returned by arrangement with Girls Stuff Direct. No responsibility can be placed on Girls Stuff Direct for goods lost or damaged in transit and the purchaser must retain proof of posting. Girls Stuff Direct will endeavour to correct the situation of missing or damaged items but ultimately responsibility is with the carrier. If goods are simply not the customers requirements (WITHIN THE 14 DAY PERIOD) a returns number can be acquired by contacting Girls Stuff Direct however you the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods.
